At Islington Council, we strive to be an organisation where employees feel valued, inspired and empowered to help us provide the best possible services for our residents.

Listening to our staff
As a council, we want to make sure that we communicate and engage with staff effectively. We carry out regular anonymous surveys and hold staff panels to find out how we're doing, and highlight where we can make improvements.
